Google Calendar

Recently I have discovered that I can no longer edit future events that I have put into my Google Calendar. Anyone know how to fix this?

This is my 5th attempt to get some help on computer problems on your site. Answers so far are 0. My problems have all been basic issues that non-professional-PC-users might encounter. Is this some sort of IT-Specialist Club and are ordinary folk, like me, wasting their time being involved?

on the Discussion board. If you want answers to a question you need to post it on the Questions board. That is where the people who answer questions go to find questions to answer.

I will certainly take your advice. As a new user of the service I was unaware of the Questions section.

Are you creating a new account for each question?

by CharlieSpencer In reply to ISTHEREANYPOINT

Your profile shows you've started only one topic, this one. I was going to attempt answers to the other four attempts, but they're not in your profile so I can't track them down.

Have you contacted Google about your calendar problem?

Sorry. I exaggerated about having raised 5 topics to try and get a reaction and it has worked as I have received two reactions!

I have contacted Google by way of their Calendar Forum but got no response there either.

Flaky queries get ignored

by nepenthe0 In reply to ISTHEREANYPOINT

Post a reasonable question on the Questions Forum, and you are likely to receive a relevant response.

Post an unreasonable question, post a Question on the Discussion Forum, post multiple iterations of the same question, employ entitlement language, and your query is likely to be ignored.

Bottom line: a little bit of ordinary good manners goes a long way to securing the goodwill of experts who donate their time to this Forum.
