Hello everyone!

By Jocey ·
Hi I'm jocey and it's good to be here. I found out about this website via a good family friend and of course I passed it on to some of my friends as well. I am currently a stundent at Sams Caribbean Limited(School of Accounting and Management) and I am pursuing a degree in Computing and Internet Systems which is awarded by the University of Huddersfield in the UK. This experience has been quite fufilling for me because I'm nuts about Computers. I hope that I can fit in well here. I am still so green as I am finding out every day but the passion to excel in this field is so great.

Welcome aboard, jocey. Be very careful of what you write and how you write it. Every undotted 'i' and every uncrossed 't' can and will be used against you to start a flame war. And even if you do dot all your i's and cross all your t's, there are some who are going to hate you because they'd rather cross their i's and dot their t's. You'll see a lot of that silliness in the "Miscellaneous" section. The discussions that are more related to IT are a lot more respectful. I just wanted to give you that warning up front. Just ignore all that flaming nonsense and all the flamers if you want (or if you're able). Or if you like pushing people's buttons, you've come to the right place. A few people here have a huge red button on their forehead that says "PUSH ME!" in big letters. You can have a lot of fun with those type of people! :^O

Mark, you are, without doubt, what we in my area of the world call a right sarcy little bugger intent on working his ticket.

But I do like your sense of humour!

It's an effective use of plausible deniabiliy. Maybe you've heard of it. A great American hero named Bill Clinton perfected that technique in the late '90s. I studied up on plausible deniability when I was trying to get a job in the Clinton administration in 1997. I thought maybe my knowledge of said technique would impress some of his staffers. I was applying for a job as head of his intern department. Unfortunately, those scandalous days were tough times for a handsome debonaire young stud like me to be applying for job as head of interns. They gave the job to a little old grandma. I wonder why.

What a wonderful explanation, Mark!

Hometime for me now, but thanks for all the giggles this afternoon - best afternoon I've had at work since I started here! (Feb!)

Have a good rest of day - try and keep jd under control, or should that read keep jd's earwigs under control....!

are you serious?

The chains are broken and "I'm running free ya, I'm running free"

Old Iron Maiden tune that I have been blasting out a LOT lately. Sure, they are bloody brits, but I can forgive them that......

Good night my sweet!

You're not giggling because I referred to myself as a "handsome debonaire young stud", are you? That is the only part of anything I wrote that IS true! hahaha

Ok Mark

by gadgetgirl In reply to Love it!

That was the only bit that was true, right?
