Help with Fixing Google's Gmail

I know BETA is not very good but things are so and so with Gmail right now. My BIGGEST complaint is that no one contacts me back for help. I post message after message, leave vopice mail after voice mail, and I get no help whatsoever. I am hoping someone here can help me shed some light on this issue.
I use Outlook 2003. Email has been fine up until the other day. Email will not be sent out. I try to do it form the Gmail website itself and it still fails. My Outlook test messages work from TOOLS. I know it is not on my end.

Outlook tells me:
Task 'NAME' - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Google's own website tells me:
Oops, sorry try again later.

Can someone please shed some useful light on the subject? My settings have always been what their site says to be for the past year using their 995 and 465 ports.

I am ready to leave their free email service because I get no support from them whatsoever! Plus, when I post a message to them that email is unuseable, a stupid auto thing sends me an email to reply with more info. I hate non-human contact!

If you can help, please let me know.

Oh it has been. Been working 95% of the time fine since summer. Nothing wrong on my end if their own website will not send mail. After a threat with the BBB, they had a human respond back finally but with a pointless email.

Gmail is all of the sudden working after my many complaints to them and a little mention of the 3 letters "BBB". I got some HUMANS to write back but they gave very poor answers. Then, after replying back on a different email I had to create elsewhere a few times with more YELLOW in CAPS, Gmail started working. I do not know when since Monday but I happen to found out it works by sending mail out and I forgot to change my outgoing email, and it was sent out via Gmail and it was sent completely. After a few tests, email seems to be working.
Reguardless how long it works, it will no longer be my primary. However, this proves my point I been telling people for years. I never settle! I will MAKE people respond to me one way or another, from reporting to the BBB to marching right into their offices. I make sure I get results with vendors, the phone company, Brinks, anyone that I have some acocunt with, ESPECIALLY when it comes to my money, they better be open 24/7. When I call at 501p on Friday, someone had better answer the phone because if not.... well, just ask the RMV (or DVM whoever they want to call themselves) what I had to do to make them work with me after hours and with a HUMAN. I never settle with these people!
