How do I fix: rundll32.exe has performed

By andrew.s.casella ·
When trying to use my modem on my Micron Millenium P150, I get the error message rundll32.exe has performed an illegal operation...
I have tried deleting the file, running scan disk, defrag, and reloading Windows 95. No success. I am trying to avoid doing a complete format and then having to reload everyting. Clicking details yields the following: RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in module KRNL386.EXE at 0002:0000564c.
I hope this is enough info to get help. Thanks in advance.

We've had this exact problem ... and it was caused by our Virus Software... It was Either MCaffee or Innoculan. Whichever it was, had a known fix on their website. Check your virus software - and do a search there!
