How do I use RSS to create a dynamic Windows 7 desktop wallpaper slideshow?

By pakoppan ·
Hello,

I have a question regarding this process.
The steps are quite easy to follow but I ran into trouble in a very specific site.

The site I'm trying to use as RssDesktop is Astronomy Picture of the Day.

The pictures come as
PICTURE LOCATION:
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/image/1007/rheajanus_cassini.jpg

FEED LOCATION:
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod.rss

and finally
SITE LOCATION:
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/

In order to watch a specific picture (I'll use the latest to date called
"Mosaic: Welcome to Planet Earth"
the address I have is:
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap100712.html

where the ap100712 is the current picture.

The earlier picture is http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap100711.html

So after all this the question remains how do I select the next day picture?

Thank You for any help.

Note: There is an APOD.exe program that works fine with all versions of Windows EXCEPT with WIN 7 64-bits.

I'm not sure they will update the program to work on 64 bits.
