How to connect two lan with same IP address

i have two networks.Each have 10 clients,a 12 port switch,one server,one adsl modem(2mbps) for connecting to internet.the problem is both the servers has same IP when internet sharing(ICS)is enabled( how will i connect these two networks together to share files.Is there any other solution for this.One thing is on one 2 mbps connection max.10 systems can connect only

if both LANs are different subnets, you either have to A. install a router to route traffic or B. if the switches are managed with VLAN capabilities, make both members of the same VLAN and create a trunk line.

is the only real option, if you are using ICS and a switch to provide access at each location. Put a router at each location between the ADSL modem and your switch, enable NAT, and then set up a static vpn connection between the 2 locations. This can be done with inexpensive linksys routers, custom built linux box routers, or propriatary cisco/juniper boxes. In any of these cases, a good google for stataic VPN connection (platform) will get you answers.
