How to fill in the blanks by key cell

i am stuck on stupid here,


i have a list of equipment

Serial Model Quantity
12345 Jacket 2
53421 Pants 1

and so on, for about 1000 pieces ...

when a batch is stored i get the serials only

is there a way to basically store the serials in a column and have excel find and fill in the rest of the appropriate row ?
instead of find and copy/paste manually?
