There's a new Service Catalog Podcast that's now available at: -

The Podcast is an interview with Matthew Burrows of BSM Impact. Matthew explains the thinking behind creating, delivering and managing a customer centric Service Catalog.

It's worthwhile noting that the Service Catalog, along with the Service Portfolio concept, take a big step forward within ITIL Version Three.

ITIL Version 3 is blatantly 'hinged' around the core concept of the Service Portfolio, underpinned by the Service Catalog.

Interested to know what anyone else thinks of the interview..?
