I use Untangle which has some basic universal threat management functionality including web filtering. The "lite" versions are free. This is installed in a separate piece of hardware, but can monitor your entire network. Check it out (http://www.untangle.com/)

WebSense is the leading commercial app for web filtering. They also make an 'express' version that is lower cost and simpler.

Alternatives to untangle are:

Squid with SafeSquid and/or DansGuardian
ClearOS
pfSense.
