What's this on?

by HAL 9000 Moderator In reply to How to remove software re ...

Some form of Windows box, a Linux/BSD box or what?

Also is this a stand alone computer or connected to a network? If it's connected to a Network what type is it a Peer to Peer or a Domain where the DC is controlling actions like this from happening?

Hi, Thanks

Hi Colin,

Thanks for such support , actually the problem is something different
my system is not allowing me to see group policy editor so that i can
change /edit it , while 'm login as administrator ... when i go for
making any change it redirects with the message thet " you dont have
permission to make any change or you contact system administrator" . I think
now you are getting my point .. that if 'm not able to get group policy
editor than how can i remove software restrictions policy.

Here are some links that may be of help to you

by HAL 9000 Moderator In reply to Hi, Thanks

The first one is about changing the Reg to get changes that you apply to actually work. This may be necessary to do a bit of Registry Editing so I've included it here

I hope that one of the above is of some help to you.

Reponse To Answer

I agree OP should post his solution.
It is very inconsiderate to not share the solution when someone has been helped.
I have always done so in the past.
Yet so many others do not.
