How to share macros/keyboard shortcuts in Word 2003

By dwillms ·
I have a nice macro that I would like to distribute to about 20 or 30 people, nothing too fancy, just adds a simple text box with a form in it. Now what I've done is save this to a .doc document, a .dot document, whatever I can think of, opening it on a remote computer, and using Organizer to transfer over the macros to the default macro list.

The macros transfer fine, but my keyboard shortcuts don't, so I have to set the keyboard shortcut manually. Is there any way to easily do this? Also, is there some way that you can do like a "autoreplace" type of thing where they type in "abc" and then it pops up this text box?

Thanks for the help!
