Did you map to the HR folder directly or the C drive? Make sure the security permissions on the server's share are allowing communications for those client's accounts.

Try mapping to the C drive entirely, some applications work only when the C: drive is share. I know this practice is not secure, but we are troubleshooting here and we need to narrow down this problem.

Right click the share drive on the server, choose Sharing and Security, on the security tab you will see all the accounts that have access to that share. Make sure the allow option is check to all of them. Also check that the account is listed too.

I have checked the security permissions and i check all the allow options and the account is listed too. i also tried mapping it into drive C where the software is installed and still still it won't connect.
