Internet Chinese swindler sites

By Henknum ·
Is there a need for a site where fraud, swindler, scam sites are listed? I think that people have there own responsibilities, but these guys are comminf smarter, so it is difficult to separate the good sites from the bad sites.
A example of these sites are zeroky.com and toelectrical.com

have to be greedy beyond sense or willfully stupid to fall for them. The scams will stop when the victims stop victimizing themselves at the drop of a hat.

There are plenty of different databases and filtering methods for the web and email. Best method is to not give money to people or organizations you don't know, and verifying any request for money or information from sources you think you know.

Computer users can educate themselves about how scammers conduct their operations. It's no different from learning to park in a well-lit spot, put your packages in the trunk, and lock your car when you're in a public parking lot.

The lists are always lagging behind, but the behavioral stats can catch many unlisted sites.

need only highlight from the beginning of the post, to the end
It, and the reason for it's obscurity will be forthcoming, I believe.

If I'd have used the proper wording, the acronym might have not piqued anyone's interest, as the googling would be overwhelming.
Edit: of that post... not this one.
