IPSec error makes Internet drop every 45 sec.

By joshuakmbl ·
Every 30-60 sec. I lose my Internet connection for 1 sec, then it acquires IP address again and I'm up, then after 30-60 sec it drops again. I looked in the Event log and under security it shows IPSec can not find list or something. I changed wires and network card, and still is doing same thing. I read about reinstalling tcp/ip through a microsoft knowledge page using "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt", but nothing happened. Any ideas?

resets reg. entries. It works great if the problem is not a corrupt file.

This is easily re-installed, but you first got to break it further.

It lists re-installing tcpip at the bottom of the page. But first open regedit and **** away winsock and winsock2. Then reboot. An error that tcpip is not installed will appear, then you can re-install it.
