Microsoft Outlook 2000 Printing Options

By jeffreymgeorge ·
Normally when I print an email it shows my account name at the top with the header information below that. I have some emails that, for some reason, when I print them do include this data and the first piece of information on the page is the first line of the email. I noticed that the encoding on these is Unicode (UTF- vs. US ASCII on the others. However, even after changing the encoding to US ASCII they still omit the email header info. Is there a way to get this to print the way I desire?

Microsoft Outlook 2003 Printing options

by ttrenerry In reply to Microsoft Outlook 2000 Pr ...

I have the same problem with a few of our staff.
When printing an email from either sent items or inbox, a couple a week will print with out the to, from, subject, or sent fields that should be included on the email.

I have tried to find out how to fix or what the cause was with out any luck.

If anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appericated.
