Microsoft Word 2003 Crashing?

I have a user that heavily uses Word 2003. Her Word crashes several times each day and the same error is written to the application log in the Event Viewer. I will paste it here. I have performed a clean install of Office and installed Office SP3. I have run detect and repair. This user relies heavily on her normal.dot file. She has approximately 1,000 autotext/autocorrect entries stored in normal.dot so this file cannot be deleted. I copied another user's normal.dot file to this user's computer but she still gets this error and her Word continues to crash. There seems to be no pattern as to when Word crashes. I appreciate any suggestions and thank you in advance for your help.
