my documents redirection

hello everybody
i have created a gpo that redirects the users desktop ahn my documents folders to a network location. However, for some users the desktop part works ok, but the documents are saving locally, although the folders are created in the network share, and the gpo has been applied on the user. Looks like a portion of the gpo works (desktop redirection) and a portion not (my documents redirection). All users are domain users with local profiles and all use winows xp sp2 . This behavior happens only to some users, others work ok. There seems to be no difference to these users accounts. Can anybody help?

Are you mapping them to a “home” drive? Through AD or GPO? Are you changing the desktop shortcut path/
