Network Monitoring Tools

I spent an afternoon searching the internet for any good network monitoring tools but could only find Unix and SPARC stuff.
Does anyone know of anything good out there for a wide range of Admin tasks such as monitoring traffic, logging events etc, etc
for the NT platform ?

We are currently looking at two programs to monitor netwroks. One is from Fluke (www.fluke.com) which is called Network Inspector. The other is from Network Instruments (www.networkinstruments.com) called Observer. Both have free demos on their sites.

I personaly like Sniffer, and for a microsoft solution, the network monitor supplied with SMS is pretty good too.
