No SUSE or RedHat consumer Linux

Tougher Choices: I am considering an HP Mini-Note for business travel with SUSE... should I skip it?? And, just for fun I was making another home-built to use Linux desktop. I thought the Novell SUSE would be the way to go... but maybe not.

Try Fedora

Why buy Redhat for a personal computer? Try Fedora 13. You can even encrypt your hard drive partition from the graphical installer !! The longest part is downloading the DVD and burning the ISO9660 file.

By all means, use OpenSuSE or Fedora. Or something else entirely.
