outlook 2003

By mick.roche ·
I have a user upgraded to outlook 2003 , When he creates an e-mail, he wants to print it out before sending it. However when he does this the "TO" , "FROM" and "SUBJECT" fields do not print out .I know the workaround is to let him print out the e-amil after he sends it from his "sent Items" however his preference is to send it before sending , any ideas ?

Thanks for suggestion but what I was wondering is there a setting in Office 2003 that will allow the full e-mail with headers to be printed prior to sending

Try saving it before sending

Try saving it as a draft, printing it, then sending it.

Click on tools, options, mail format, in mail format set compose mail format to HTML and uncheck both the options i.e. use ms office 2003 to edit messages and option below that. It will work....
