Outlook Calendars generate form errors when trying to create new appts

Whe I double click on the blank area of a calendar in the public folders, the system comes up with an error–“A form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator”.

I uninstalled/reinstalled and deleted the forms folder in the user folder. Any suggestions?
