Person in dorm hall displaying personal information

By acracker ·
Ok so the other day I was browsing through shared folders on my university's network looking for music when I came to a shared .pdf document on someone's computer that showed all their personal information (Name, DOB, Social Security Number, residence ect...) I don't have any kind of superuser access to the network so this document is availiable to anyone to see and access. How do I tell this person that they are sharing files they shouldn't be? I don't want them to think that I hacked into their computer because I didn't and I would never exploit someone's personal information.
Thanks for any ideas,
Ac

I don't know...

by Old Guy In reply to Wasn't going to say anyth ...

after TE2's comment below I don't know if I want to mix the two..."thought that you might have the two of them mixed" mixing them up was bad enough. Mixing them together would be insufferable! :^0 <yeah, I know, I had to reach to get that one but it was funny to me>.

No problem, Old Guy.

Looks like you and Mae have something in common! :^0 :^0 :^0

P.S. If you don't get this let me know and I'll explain.

This is utter nonsense by a bunch of (very) grown adults. Tigger started a nonsense thread (1) over the weekend for some fun. The objective was to get "revenge" on JDCYLDE for calling MAECUF an "old woman". I also got into this and called Mae "senile" at one point in a related thread (2) (there was a good reason for this).

So, that is what you and Mae have in common (this "old" "senility" thing). Strictly a joke of course! :-)

I've worked hard to get this old and I'll have you know, umm, who are you again? Oh, yeah, TE2--see nothing wrong with my, uh, my uh, oh, mind! I'll tell you like I tell my son, you keep talking like this and you won't get any older!!!

Just a word of advice...you can call me old but I would definitly run and hide if you said that about Mae. She skeers me, ya know. :_|
