powerpoint 2000

I need to know why microsoft powerpoint is coming up with the error "powerpoint has performed an illegal procedure" when i lock my computer but powerpoint isnt running at the time

its running on windows XP pro
there is multiple users including a guest
mcafee and windows mesanger and spysweeper are running in the back ground

this is not my personal pc so it will take me a while to give feedback and to give more details

Boot the computer in Safe Mode and then chose an account with administrator privileges and run both the Spy Ware and AV scans but first make sure that both are up to date. I try to use several Spy Ware scanners as I find that none are perfect and what one will miss another will pickup unless you are talking about the MS Beta thing which doesn't see anything.

I would download Ad Aware and Spy Bot S&amp update them both and then boot into safe mode and perform the scans. I think you';ll be amassed what you pick up and keep running the scans until they come up as clean.
