proxy error..again.

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /5208-12846-0.html.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

trying to open a discussion I had just posted in to read it.

I saw that too and when I tried to reload, it said System Under Maintenance

Is this a common thing here or a rare technical issue?

You may have caught things right during the switchover.

I got the content not available error on the forums link as well just now.
maybe it was a server reset to try to fix it.

2 bad gateway errors, and quite a few proxy server errors.
Other than that, I received a few bad gateways and proxy errors since this morning. I hung FF on Linux, and 2 Win boxes and hung IE 2x this morning.

Getting them like nuts this afternoon…

both trying to access threads from the forum entry page and from within a thread.

Also having the same problem just entering TR. When I do get in, things are loading pretty slowly.

Got 4 in a row. Patience is a virtue.

Have another oddity that has killed my FireFox a couple of times. The page will try to load and hang at “Transferring data from mbox4.offermatica.com.” Sometime it kills FireFox, sometimes it is just a long wait.

Bizarre!

The site depends on multiple external applications to completely render pages, and one was unresponsive during parts of the day. We’ll work on hardening the site to those kinds of interruptions.

I’m trying to order my step-sons MAC Christmas gift and am currently in voice HELL with the worst music-on-hold ever spawned. This may be the thing that puts me off Christmas forever!
