"Public" computer, two mouses, Windows XP

By coyt.watters ·
I know that multiple pointing devices can be active all at the same time, all controlling the same pointer.

What I'd like to do is provide a mouse on the left AND right of the keyboard, with the buttons on each mouse mapped for that hand - preferrably without having to rewire the mouse to reverse the switches on one or the other.

which make specialty keyboards to order on your specifications. I researched it about a year ago for a client who has v large fingers and the idea was to get him a keyboard to suit his needs. I don't know if they do mice as well but you might try them. Also I have noted in the past that some companies in china are offering to build technology to specifications but they would probably be looking at larger runs.

It sounds as though you want a set so that you can use both hands ampidexterously while you work. That would probably require some software innovation as well.
