if you can get access to another computer, download an antivirus programs (avast, avira, avg, whatever your preference) malwarebytes, superantispyware, ccleaner, to a usb thumb drive...then see if you can copy them over and install onto the infected computer that way; you won't be able to update them, but at least you can get the machine scanned with something. Let us know how that works out.
This can be a long process and if you dont think your computer skills are up to it, please let a computer professional or a repair shop do it for you. Use a good friend?s computer to down load UBCD4win because you will need it for awhile. Please read the Faq from there before using it. http://www.ubcd4win.com/ You will need the XP CD to run it, you can add what ever you need to the bootable CD. With this you can copy out your files, scan your computer for virus, malware and spyware. You can defrag, run check disk and scandisk. You have many options to run and fix your computer. I have fixed many computers with a live CD, but some were too far gone. I saved the users files and wiped the drive. And then reinstalled the operating system. But this can save most systems with problems.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
