Restore sql reports .rdl files from a .bak?

We lost our SSRS and I’m in the process of rebuilding it. I have a backup of the reportserver database but I can’t get it to function on the new server. If there was an encryption key, I don’t have it. So I’m wondering if it is possible to extract the .rdl files for all the reports we had and then bring them into the new reportserver database? If not, is there a way to salvage the old databases and make it function?

Also, we made the new server a Windows 2008 R2 running SQL Server 2008 R2, the old server was a 2003 server running SQL 2005.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Problem is I don’t have the old SSRS anymore. And we’ve build the 2008 server in its place. All I have is the backup. I tried to restore the backups to a different database, then try to import the data using the import wizard, but I keep running into errors about it being a foreign key.
