One company ha a Hi-Spec Network Printer that the other companies want to access.
Is it possible share that networked Printer over 2 + different subnets within the one building, without heavy investment. Any Ideas?

Yes, as long as your two networks are routed and see one another

This should not be a problem as long as you have static or dynamic routes allowing the subnets to see one another.

The DI-524 is a wireless DSL router with a 4 port switch. It doesn't have VLAN capability on the 4 port switch to create more than 1 subnet. Do you have other routers in front of the other 2 companies that then connect to the DI-524?
