start on top rather than the bottom

my daughter 5yr old touched something, now the start box is on
the top of the screen rather than on the bottom. where it normally is
i have windows xp

Ron I tell people to Press and Hold Down the F8 Key rather than continually pressing it as quite a few mess up and can not get the system to start in anything but the Normal Mode because they stop pressing the key at the wrong time.

From dealing with End Users I find that none have any problems with the Instruction to Hold Down the F8 Key till the Internal Speakers start going crazy. It's simple and always works unlike them tapping it 2 or 3 times at the wrong time and missing the opportunity to start in anything of their choosing.

Thanks. Anything to make life easier is greatly appreciated. I was going by what I was taught via phone support many moons ago.
