ISA Server 04 configuration.

Would go with prem as there is a set of procedure for blocking web sites..
1.Create a new policy
2.You will need to create a destination set and a policy on the ISA management mmc.
3.Name it you require.
4.On the destinations tab, select the appropriate destination set.
5.Allow or Deny as you require.
6.On the applies to tab, select whether this is for everyone or for select groups/user.

happy usage!!
