system beeps 1 long &3 short help

The BIOS is very probably an AWARD Bios. As for the beeps, the first "long" beep is the standard boot beep. The 3 short beeps is a post error code. If you were to consult a list of these codes for the award bios, you would find that 3 beeps is a Graphical Initialization Error, which in most cases means that the graphics card is not seated properly, but could be something more serious such as a circuit fail on your graphics card.. But try first checking that it is seated correctly.

It's unanimous!!! Definitely Video problem. It's either fried, card isn't seated properly, or the DB-15 is not secure on the back of the computer.
