The Government Is Spying on Americans

The Government Is Spying on Americans

Documents obtained by the ACLU under the Freedom of Information Act reveal that the FBI is using its Joint Terrorism Task Forces to gather extensive information about peaceful organizations. Recently, President Bush acknowledged giving explicit and secret authorization for warrantless electronic eavesdropping and physical searches by the National Security Agency. Now, there is reason to believe that the Pentagon, too, is illegally gathering and sharing private and protected information.

The actions of the president, his administration, and these agencies are part of a broad pattern of disregard for the rule of law in the name of national security. The ACLU is calling for investigations and full disclosure of records to determine if oaths of office were broken or federal laws violated.
Look at this wab site.

Well it looks like they can do what ever they want!
And I will get more emails saying thatit is for our own protection.

I would tell you what I think

But I'm afraid some government spy, with nothing better to do, might be listening in on our conversation. And what's that clicking sound I keep hearing on my telephone? Wait, what's that noise I hear outside.........

make a hat out of foil and wear it on your head while you're on the PC, they can't monitor you.

I've done this for years and have never been spied on, so it must be working.

Thanks for the great tip

I've been worried sick about all this government spying on normal U.S. citizens. The next time I call my mom, I'll be sure to wear that foil hat so Bush can't listen-in on my conversation. It WILL work with phone calls, won't it?

You'd think he'd have better things to do than listen to my conversation with my mother. Geesh!

Isn't your Mom's name Hannah? Didn't she spend some time in Hanoi? No wonder Bush is monitoring your calls to her.

BTW, if you don't mind spending a little money to be safe, I've got a friend who is a covert Isralii agent. He can get you a secret jammer that puts up a 3 meter force field around you that blocks all attempts to monitor communications. It's used by all of the top Government agencies. It's only $2,000 but I may be able to get you a price break if you buy ten. Naturally it will have to be paid in gold because we know that the IRS has secret monitoring fibers in all bills larger than a $10.

Spy-foiling foil hat

by M_a_r_k In reply to If you....

You don't even need to wear a funny-looking foil hat. I've never wear such a hat and never been spied on. And trees don't make any noise when they fall in the forest when no one is around.

If a mime falls in the forest and there's no one there to hear him, does he make a sound?

He doesn't have to be pushed

What if he was pushing real hard on a wall of his invisible box and it collapsed?
