Top 10 Email Server Picks

By mdust ·
Can anyone give me suggestions on available email server options? I want to see other options besides Microsoft Exchange. I have looked into IP Switch, IceWarp, and Exchange, but I was hoping someone would have a "Top 10" picks.

Does anyone have a preference or a top pick?

if you're not stuck using windows, you can check out linux as it has some built in email servers

also check out zimbra. it's available in an open source, or if you spend a bit of $, you can get a supported release

axigen is also a good option; they currently run on linux, but they'll cover windows in a few weeks too;

Ive been using Icewarp for about 3 years now. I really like it. Integrates just about every Groupware technology you could ever need.

I gotta say their customer service is very good too, they get back to you quickly and work with you to figure out the prob. Also theyve been doing free training webinars that are pretty good.

Version 10 is due out very soon, very excited!
