Jaqui is already nominated as Mr. January. We now need prospectives for the other months.

Oh, and the outfits they’ll be wearing…..and yes, I’ve already had muttleyfits over that!

So – who do you see in which month of the calendar and why? Wearing what?

I think I agree with Itgirli. JD should be Mr. October. I think he has a good time with Halloween. Maybe he can wear something with a cape . . . spooky yet provocative, like Van Helsing, Zorro, Dracula, Nosferatu . . . If he has alot of time and patience, he can go with Pinhead from the Hellraiser movies, but that might be a little too too.

I think Maxwell has to be Mr. July. He is definitely Mr. 4th of July. His eagle avatar just says it to me. I can see him dressed as a variation of either Uncle Sam or Captain America. I can’t decide yet. I’m leaning more towards a Captain America look. I remember one depiction of Uncle Sam sort of – Apollo Creed in one of the Rocky movies.

Oz, I think should be Mr. June but I’m not sure why. I think its because June is a temperate month, and Oz is very subtle. How about a toga? Grapes, etc. etc.?

Dawg definitely has to be Mr. November. His avatar just says winter to me. He has to wear fur. Not sure how much or where. Maybe a hunting mode. Bearskin rug or bear head mounted on a wall?

While JD certainly has a great time with Halloween, I still see him as Mr March- with the appropriate strategically placed four leaf clover (wishes, anyone?).

You have Maxwell down to the letter but the silver hammer has to come into play.

November should be about right for the Dawg. Definitely a fur motif. And a hydrant… just in case.

I can see Oz in June. He could make June work, I think. Toga. Hmmmm. Shorty, or full length?

As far as lying across a bonnet of a car just provided that it’s not [b]SHMBO[/b] current Favourite car it will be fine but I must warn you that I tend to cause dents which are expensive to remove. 😀

Also I like something small narrow and throbbing between my legs a nice nimble little 900 Ducati is my preferred means of transport preferably travelling at about 280 MPH. 😡

And then the obvious answer is that I can’t take the photo if I’m part of it and be sure that it’s all in focus. :p

I would like to say that the thought of Oz in a toga would prove amusing.

My disagreement lies in the selection of clothing for Max. I can’t really picture Maxwell in such gaudy garb. How about white dress shirt, blue sport coat, red tie, and American flag boxers. And he can be holding a silver hammer with the word truth engraved in it.

If it helps any, I have one who is certain that there is a back door in the bathroom under the stairs. She has covered every inch of space and never found one. I think that she thinks that I hide the second door.

My kits are lovers, not fighters. Unnless there are goldfinches on the bird feeder. Callie is certain that she can go right through the window- no consequences.

She (Layla) was a little smaller, looked sweet and innocent, but I wouldn’t turn my back on her.

Layla always liked taunting my dog (Derek). Then Derek would do bad things and get yelled at and Layla would just sit around licking her paws looking innocent. 😀

and not that well known on the forums. I doubt anyone has enough of an idea about me to get a good shot. Thus feeling safe, I feel I can comment on my appearant safety. This what we call the short poppy syndrome as we have a thing called Tall Poppy Sydnrome where we take the mickey out of promonent people.

I used to play soccer druing winter and basketball during summer, I had to stop due to a motor bike accident that damaged my back. I still play ten-pin. Oh I sued to referee both soccer and basketball for years after I had to stop playing. Then again you could go back to my early twenties when I was a cop. 🙂

There is five choices of uniform for you. At the moment my favourite oufit is thick wool and fur parka and pants. It is the start of winter down here and the outside temperature today reached a whole 12 degrees centigrade after an over night low of -3 degrees. Too cool for my preferences.

(Migration from one host with a lower version of MySQL -> higher version of MySql then migration again to a different host after the second one kept going down… Now the tables won’t import correctly.)

I know that you might have to manually rebuild the db to get it working with different versions of mysql involved.

try doing a full dump with inserts, then cut the inserts, edit the structure until it can rebuild in the new engine, and then run the inserts as a separate operation.

Just not naked with all that Fibre Glass covering the front of it. It’s a Ducati 1959 Factory GP 250 CC so it’s really something special they only made 5 of the things and that is [b]Number 3.[/b] :p

By the way that was one of [b]My Play Toys [/b] and I went through a Battery per day as well as at the very least 1 rear tyre several chains and quite a lot of fuel.

Each [b]Classic Meeting[/b] where I rode that bike only used to cost me about $900.00 in parts and fuel but that was only if I didn’t break something then it could get quite expensive. :_|

Of Course there is [b]No Skin[/b] after all it was a real race and covered by the [b]Auto Cycle Council of Australia[/b] which has some very strict rules about the amount of what you have to wear and being a good member of that Group I couldn’t break the rules. Even if I threw it away dressed like that even on that [b]Slow[/b] section of the track the Bitumen Burns would have been very extensive under all that [b]Tight Fitting Leather.[/b] But just to keep you happy I’ll see if I can find my Favourite Shot Ever of that Ducati on the same part of the track though a bit further down only a couple of hundred feet and it for all the world looks as if I’m caring a Pillion Passenger. When [b]SWMBO[/b] Snapped it off she didn’t realise what she got and I just love it. 😀

But that photo is quite old and both are now long dead I only have their [b]Birth Certificates[/b] left, and I can’t call them here the proper terms or at least the one meaning female Dog will get ***** out.

The Black Dog was called [b]Gundga Din[/b] and the Fawn B ITCH was called [b]Khan.[/b] But if you want to hear something really funny the black one used to hide under that couch when he was scared or had done something wrong when he was a puppy and he hid quite well. Unfortunately he never grew out of that and I would come home quite often and see one end of the couch sitting about 2 feet off the floor with the dog under it. He was looking out but thinking that no one could see where he was. :^0

The Fawn one after she had weaned any puppies tried to hide from them and she found a place that was almost impossible to reach as a hiding spot. This worked out quite well for her till the puppies where about 8 weeks old and one of them found her hiding spot you should have seen the look of [b]Total Disgust[/b] on her face as she retreated from that spot. The puppy naturally took all of his litter mates up there so the poor girl could never hide there again. 😀

The worst thing about Danes is that they are so protective that we could never smack the children when they had done something naughty both of these K9’s would get between you and the child in questions and cry. It was really pathetic. But when the kids upset them enough and they really had to push things both would just get up walk away and as they passed the child swing their hips and send the child flying to the floor. They could punish the children but we couldn’t. :p

My daughter used to walk the black one when she was little she was actually so young that you couldn’t see her head over his back just her legs if you where on the other side of him and it looked so funny. She actually thought that she was walking the dog when actually he was protecting her. When he was with her no one unknown to the dog got anywhere near her. 🙂

Although I musty admit that they are slowly getting better now that they are both over 30. I’ve only spent 3 days this week working on my sons wifes car. 🙁
My daughter is slightly better as she only comes down on an irregular basis now that she lives well over 3 hours driving away but to make up for it she stays overnight or better still dumps her stuff here and goes out when she feels like it. Although her boyfriends 12 week old puppy is a cutie. Pity about all those needle sharp teeth that she insists on using on my toes. 😀
