transfering data from one computer

Hey,
My boss at work bought a new computer and wants 2 know how 2 transfer his records and information from one computer to another. We wrok at a local PAK MAIL store and use the peachtree program. Thanks 4 all of your help!!

There is also a program called 'Aloha Bob's PC Relocator' that you can buy for ~$50. It will transfer all the programs, data files and settings (screensavers, desktop themes, etc) to the new machine, keeping the newest versions of the applications. Mostly. You should make sure that the target PC doesn't have MS Office on it or you'll probably get the BSOD. Also, Norton AV Corporate Edition doesn't seem to like being moved from machine to machine like this, so you should uninstall it from the source PC. The target PC does have to have a newer OS and IE version for the transfer to work as well. The transfer can be done over a LAN, via USB cable or parrallel cable as well.
