    unable to run regedit /cmd

    when I goto start, run and type either cmd or regedit nothing happens, any ideas why?

      More information than you have provided is needed.

      Is this a home PC?

      Is this a corporate PC? Is it in a domain? Are you an administrator on the system?

        Hi there

        It is a corporate PC, I am an administrator but it is on a work group not a domain

      Make sure you have not accidentally deleted the entries for path system variable. Check if the entries: “%systemroot%\system32;%systemroot%;%systemroot%\system32\wbem;” are there.

      Run a reganalyzer on ur mc and fix for any registry related errors. If that doesn’t sound good, do post ur results.

      cmd doesnt open

      when i try opening cmd…. on one computer it opens and closes
      on a diff computer …computer shutsdown
