VNC - Alt-Ctrl-Del not working

By erik.pauwels ·
we have like 10 identical pc's with XP SP2, only on 1 of them we can't send Alt-Ctrl-Del from VNC (tried with several other VNC clients)
On the local machine with the local keyboard it does work, any idea somebody ?

Are you sure it's running in Service mode?

I have one user who keeps exiting VNC, then restarting it in user mode. When it user mode, the context menu line to send Ctrl-alt-del is still present, but doesn't do anything. Delete any shortcuts to user-mode VNC on that computer!

I had the same problem but if you go to run and type taskmgr it will come up that way.
