Web site infected by JS/IFrame.GJ trojan

By stergios_nik ·

We have a web site that is infected by a virus that adds to all web pages something like "JS/IFrame.GJ trojan".

Whenever someone accesses the web site then the virus executes on the client PC.

We have managed to clean the web site for the time being.

I have ESET NOD 32 Antivirus 4.0 business edition installed on the IIS 6.0 web server but did not report anything when the web site pages were infected. Also, an "In Depth Scan" on the Web Server reports no viruses.

I have the same antivirus installed on my local PC and when I accessed an infected web page then it detected the virus that was loaded from the web site.

Is it possible to scan the web pages that are served by the IIS 6.0 is order block the virus from spreading?

Do you know any special software that can be installed on the web server and monitor in real time whether the web server is serving "JS/IFrame.GJ trojan" viruses ?

Thank you in advance.
