what does 1short and two long beeps mean when you first cut-on your pc

The moniter does not kick-in when I cut the power on my pc but what I do here is 1short and two long beeps mean when I first cut-on pc whats wrong??

POST has passed all tests.It sounds like your graphic card is/has gone or is giving you some trouble here. Take it out and get another one to test.
