What to do about errors you find in your new ITIL V3 books

By The IT Skeptic ·
The new ITIL Version 3 books are great! They are nicely laid out, great graphic design, and lots of good useful material.

But nothing is perfect. TSO/OGC themselves expect a few mistakes, hence offering the online subscription alternative which promises "the latest authoritative text".

So if you find an error, where do you go to (a) verify that it is in fact an error and not just you misunderstanding and (b) tell others so they can do the same and (c) provide feedback to OGC/TSO.

Option (c) is done by email to TSO.

But to see what has been found already, to tell the world what you have found, or to debate some of the more ambiguous ones, the only option right now is to go to BOKKED, the Body of Knowledge Known Error Database, a public website of known errors in ITIL and similar BOKs.
