What to do for a birthday

By jck ·
Tags: Off Topic
Well, here I am going to beg for ideas.

The birthday is coming up soon, and I am looking for ideas of what to do.

Things I don't want to do:

Go to a bar/club
Go to a sporting event
Go to a concert
Go visit relatives
Go to a theme park

Done all those.

Looking for refreshing ideas of what might be relaxing and let me enjoy my birthday.

Any input appreciated.

P.S.- Sorry Shell and GG and neilb, but I can't come over for this birthday...or I darn well would! :)

The Loews Don Cesar

Is this REALLY ritzy, upscale hotel down on St. Pete/Pasagrille Beach about 2 hours south of me or something.

It's where Hulk Hogan took his wife on that one episode of Hogan Knows Best where they got massages before they divorced and all.

I don't know about spending all that money on one night there though. I would probably do better to get the presidential suite at a Hilton for the weekend. Probably get better service too.

I lost what little respect I had for you...

when I learned you're apparently intimately acquainted with Hulk Hogan's non-wrestling career.

Hogan used to live about 40 miles from me.

Tons of wrestlers past and present live here around this area, and you can see them on the beach and stuff or out on their boats or in their humvees a lot.

As well, Hogan's family was on the news the past few years with his son crippling his buddy in that car accident down there.

So, it's unavoidable for me. They're part of the citizenry here.

Plus, Hogan's daughter is kinda cute. :^0 ]:)

I like sitting home with either a wine vintage of my choice or some surprise bottle of (hopefully) single malt whisky and a good movie ie: sci-fi "B" movie type flick or the latest, greatest action flick (believe it or not, chick flicks are normally at the bottom of the list)

Add take-out food and it's a plan. Can't drink on an empty stomach.

I can drink on an empty stomach. I just fall asleep much faster.

If I had a wife, I'd spoil her...but, that's just me.

I'm sure you do too, Darryl. You seem like that sort.

Plus, she'd get on ya if ya didn't! lol
