i recently heard ahumping sound in my CPU,AND I thought could be too much dust in the fun and thus making the computer run slow, but after i clean no changes, still the same ******* in the cpu,.could this be the source of my slow computer network

You need to do system optimization tasks once a week so as to fast-up your computer performance. These tasks include defragmenting your disks & registry, cleaning temporary stuff and reducing services.
[A] Defrag the Disk:
1. Click Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Disk Defragmenter. 2. Select the drives that you wish to defragment. 3. Click "Defragment Disks" button.
Defrag the Registry:
In RegInOut System Utilities, and click "Defragmenter". Click "Analyze" button to begin scan process. After it is completed, click "Defragment" button.
[C] Clean Temporary Stuff:
1. Click Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Disk CleanUp. 2. Select a drive and press ENTER.
[D] Reduce the Services:
Using RegInOut, click "Services Manager" and then click the button "Optimize Services".
