As an industrial electrician, I have to do many tasks in a day like finding a fault in plc panel, checking circuit breaker continuity, and many others. Recently I was using amprobe but it's giving errors sometimes. Now I decided to buy a more reliable tool. anybody here who can give an advice which multimeter should i get.

As a professional electrician, you should advice us, in stead of asking us.
If you apparently don't even know how to select a device from a site that compares and tells details about the 10 best, maybe better find another job.

Who's fault is it??

It wasn't mine. Sorry, I couldn't resist the urge to ask.

There's another short answer. (All puns intended.)

For decades such tools were reviewed for safety. About 2010 I found it was all too easy to buy multimeters that had questionable safety for use in the 600 and higher voltages.

TO THE OP: If your Amprobe is giving errors, it could have failed and you ask its maker for support and/or replacement. Could be a free replacement but as many others in my field are experiencing, end users seem adverse to asking the maker about these things.
