Online chat connection

Whenever I try chatting online it seems like I’m always connected and chatting to the same person.

Whether I chat on browser or apps it keeps happening.

I’m almost sure its the same person because the answers all always almost identical.

Is this possible? How do I fix it?

Often times, CS online chats are partially automated and when you speak with a live rep they are required to strictly follow a script line by line or face potential harsh discipline. I seriously doubt you are speaking with the same rep.

At most, your calls might be directed to the same call center. I worked at a call center for At&t/Cingular for over 9 years and rarely recalled speaking with the same subscriber more than once, only very rarely.
