By itore ·
As AI and machine learning become more powerful tools co-opted by threat agents will we have to change the way we think about cybersecurity and guard against cyber threats?

You may be too late to the AI party.

This was talked about years ago. There are many reasons this hasn't borne much fruit is that AI's are still little more than machine learning. Where's this AI you are asking about? Still in the future.

As it stands today any machine learning (which you may call AI) can be done in by feeding it bad Data. This is very old news.

What more do you need to know?

Thank you for your reply, and your assessment. I wonder if and when machine learning will reach a level of complexity to make it a justifiable threat in cybersecurity.

When you see it in the usual news.

For now Machine Learning is being used to power some of those auto-dialers.

For now ML needs a lot of data for training. AI wouldn't need that!
