Best Server Hard Drive??

What are the best server hard drives around???

Raptors
Seagate Cheetah
Seagate ES Series
Solid State HDD's

From what i've heard, solid state is a definate no no.

The existing servers (mostly IBM) use either WD or IBM/Hitachi iSCSI drives attached to ServeRAID controllers in a RAID 1 configuration (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAID#RAID_1). Since I don't have maintenance responsibility (yet) for the newer servers, I can't say what's in those, but other than size, I'm inclined to think it's not much different, just newer.

The servers I maintain provide strictly text-based services, so capacity and speed are not as critical. Depending on your intended use, you may want faster, larger drives.
