Would you mind dating a man not working in the office?

Hi all happy couples, sorry to ask here, but I want to know if the ladies really care about the job their men do?
I work for a system integration company, not a decent job but I work hard to make enough money. Last month, I met my dream lady. We had some good chat online (with video), so I tried to ask her out.
She's been pretty honest to me that although she likes my personality, but she prefer to date a guy who works in the office. She thinks it's more "formal" and she wouldn't have to introduce to me to her friends with embarrass. TBH, I'm a bit hurt though I know it's the reality.

For me, system integration is part of software development, and that's an office function (although it's possible to do it from home in these Covid-times). So for me, it sounds like a match, although you didn't tell what work she does and what work you exactly do.

Marilyn Monroe wanted a millionaire in . Not everything is changed from 1953.

That's Kinda odd

Its not like that most of the relations are based on the fact that one of partner is from the outside work. It seems like the lady you like has her preferences and her social circle is limited to her office co-workers only. But, this is not a solid or valid reason not to date you.
