Bio: I started in the military as an communications electronic tech. I had an intro class to the Intel 8088 processor and I felt the instructor spent too much time on the 8088 details just to teach us WordStar. Back then, I didn't even think of pursuing a career in computers. I moved on to aircraft electronics, for my first civilian job, but I got layed off due to a military base closure. 10 years ago, I retrained for a new career in Information Technology and landed a few jobs with contract companies. I now work for a major pet supply company, glad to finally get out of contract work, and it's been great ride since.
