Bio: Owner and technical consultant of Smith Computer Technical Services in the Chicago IL area. The focus of my company is to provide excellent technical consulting information to my small business customer while raising the level of productivity through the systems that they are running in their workspace. In the past 10 years I have worked with Microsoft and Novell networks. In my business, I support the needs of small businesses in the area of PC's, networks, training, and web design (on occasion). I have worked with Microsoft server 2003 enterprise edition about 1 1/2 years ago and am now working with SBS 2003. I hope that the implementing, supporting, and securing the SBS 2003 product will leverage my abilities to impact many small business customers with their various needs while provide a cost-effective solution for their business needs.
