Its massive main campus, also known as the Googleplex, has everything from on-site haircuts, food EVERYWHERE (it's a company policy that no employee can be more than a certain distance away from food), game rooms, laundry and dry cleaning, plus medical staff on-site. Their other offices are equally perked up, with food truck pits, differently themed office areas, LEGO displays, and much more.

Sure, they have seating cubbies and an unlimited vacation policy, but the big draw to this startup is, of course, the dogs.
Employees can bring their dogs to the office and are provided pet insurance as part of the company plan. Every day, there are roughly 12 dogs or so hanging out with the humans. Plus, there's a massive dog toy pile that blows every dog's mind.
